Spirit Rock Signup

Did you know the FMES Spirit Rock rental is a PTO fundraiser? What a fun way to celebrate your child and support the school! The Spirit Rock is located at the entrance to our school which is perfectly visible to families and visitors. It’s a wonderful way to announce birthdays, accomplishments, celebrations, upcoming school events, or to recognize your favorite teacher or staff member!
 

Spirit Rock Guidelines & Instructions

• Check availability first – It’s first-come, first-served. The FMES PTO may block certain dates for school functions.

• One reservation per enrolled student – To give every FMES family a chance to participate, each student may reserve the rock for only one day.

• Reservation runs 24 hours – You get the rock from 4 PM the day before your reserved date until 4 PM on the day of (e.g., reserving Sept 16 means your time is 4 PM Sept 15 – 4pm Sept 16).

• Fee: $10/day – Payment is due when you reserve.

• Pay via Venmo to @fmes-pto.

• No refunds or changes – Once reserved, it’s yours rain or shine.

• You do the decorating – We don’t decorate for you, but you’re welcome to hire a third-party vendor to paint it. You just make arrangements directly with them.

• Reminder email – You’ll receive an automatic reminder email from Signup Genius two days before your reserved date.
